I cannot say enough about the great service we received from D & G plumbing. I had a problem that needed attention within a few days to prevent damage to the house. I called the business number at 10:30 PM on a Sunday night just to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when within 2 minutes they called back and we made an appointment for the following afternoon. They kept in touch and worked us into their busy scheduled and resolved the problem quickly and f\effectively. Not only that, they actually l;eft the house in clean condition, as if no one had been there at all. This, to me, shows the quality of their character. Called D&G Plumbing late afternoon for a non emergency plumbing need. They offered to be there the next morning at a time which was suitable for me and my tenants. Arrived on time and professionally completed repairs. Well pleased with their response and service. Will call again next time I need plumbing repairs.

My Home Warranty Co. put an order in for me to D&G. When D&G contacted me, they said they'd be out the next morning and a tech would call with an arrival time. That didn't happen. I called in that afternoon and they said they were running behind and the tech would call in an hour. Its 24 hours later now, and they still haven't called. I left a message this morning, but nobody called me back. Again, it's Friday afternoon at 2pm and they are MIA when they said they'd be here Thursday morning. Now I get to go through the weekend without working plumbing. Think about that before you call them. I already called somebody else.

. I understand people make mistakes but these people do not belong in business. They treat customers like trash and are threatening and aggressive. They do not belong in business. No one should use them. Their other reviews are written by their friends and family. Don't believe them. They are liars they are rude and cursed on the phone. I wouldn't feel safe with them in my house. There are plenty of local plumbers who are not bullies. No one should use them so they have to close down. Why take a chance? Just use more friendly local plumbers.

Called for emergency service after 5 pm on Friday night. They came right out, took care of our plumbing problem ( replaced water heater) without delay. Pricing was reasonable and within what was expected. This was my first experience with them but they will get my repeat business.

I have been knowing Deb and Glenn for some time now and think the world of them. Recently, I requested they rebuild both of my toilets; they scheduled a time and arrived when they said they would. After rebuilding both toilets, it became known that the flapper valves they purchased from their supply house were defective. At my request, they returned to my home and exchanged the defective valves with good ones. Now, my toilets work the best they ever have. A big THANK YOU to D&G Plumbing for being my plumber. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Had to show up twice (first time I lost the keys and couldn't get into the property) and only charged me for the second visit. Everything looked great and got the pipes working without leaks!
